What Is Forensic Accounting?

Fact vs. Fiction?
Conducting an interview or interrogation can be a stressful and emotional event. Interviews of witnesses or individuals who may have information critical to the positive outcomes of a criminal, civil or administrative action are critical and time-sensitive. The major differences between interviews and interrogations are that the goal of an interview may be used to gain information from a person who may have personally witnessed a crime, or otherwise gained knowledge about the crime under investigation; whereas, an interrogation is aimed specifically at determining if the person suspected of the crime is guilty or innocent, by utilizing special information gathering techniques and technology.
